Abstract
In this paper, we show the impact of our visual analysis system TripVista on the exploration of traffic trajectory data by several use cases. Taking advantage of our tool, users are able to discover hot spots in a city, find out where the traffic are coming from and going to. Users are also able to observe several different temporal patterns of traffic data. The above functions can help people better understand the city traffic.
