In 2009 we accepted five entries and gave out two awards:
| For a historical overview of impact Discovering with Hierarchical Clustering Explorer received the Long-Term Impact Award |
| For a compelling discussion of a diverse range of impact Parallel Sets in the Real World: Three Case Studies by Robert Kosara, Caroline Ziemkiewicz, F. Joseph Mako, Jonathan Miles, and Kam Tin Seong received the Excellent Presentation Award of this year's exhibit. |
